An 8 oz. filet (cut by our friends at Acre Station Meat Farm, of course) is grilled to order. Please don’t ask for these beautiful, juicy filets to be cooked “well-done”. Many of our guests say this is the best steak they’ve ever eaten. Served with oven-roasted potatoes.
Chicken Peperonata

Peperonata is Italian for stewed peppers, here a mix of bell peppers and sweet-spicy Peppadews. A boneless chicken breast is roasted with the peppers and tomatoes, garlic and fennel. Served with oven-roasted potatoes.

We love the combination of pork and fruit with exotic spices. Here pork (from Acre Station, of course) is treated to the whole sweet-tart-savory combination until it's fork tender and tastes just as good as it smells.
