Chef Yvonne and I spent a quiet Christmas day at North Creek. We phone chatted with family in Germany, France, England, Philadelphia, Raleigh and Tucson. And the grilled salmon went marvelously well with the last bottle of 2002 Martin Family Russian River Pinot Noir.
